How can I visit The Rivers Ranch?

Is the facility temperature controlled?
YES! The venue is temperature controlled year round. But also note that if we are having beautiful Georgia weather we can open up the glass doors, both end barn doors to feel the breeze. Your choice-whatever will complement your vision.

Can we supply our own alcohol? And caterer?
Yes, you would supply your own alcohol, but a licensed insured bar service would be needed to serve it. We can assist you with quantities and what style of bar you would like to offer your guests.  We can assist you with that. We do have a preferred vendor list but are open to using your licensed caterer as well.

When are we able to get into the venue the day of the event?
We allow flexibility and allow a 12 hour window for clients to have enough time for set up and take down.

How do we reserve the facility and how is payment handled?
Please call us at 770.775.1622 or manager@theriversranch.com for contract information. We do require a 50%deposit with a signed contract to confirm the date that you request. Always remember dates are filling up quickly, so please contact us to get you on the books and reserve the date you want.

How many guests can the venue accommodate?
The Rivers Ranch can hold up to 275 guests inside. This can also vary depending on what is needed such as food service, dance floor and entertainment needs.

Can we use our own vendors?
You certainly can, we can do as much in house that you would like. We want you to be comfortable and with whomever you select to work with. But we highly recommend you work with our preferred vendors as they are regulars at our venue and familiar with our facility and guidelines to make your day run smoothly.

Where do guest park?
The Rivers Ranch is self-contained and has plenty of parking. Parking attendants also will also be on site for guidance.

Can we have ceremony on site?
Of Course, we have beautiful outdoor areas, by the lake, under the cafe lights, the grove or under a 100 year old tree. The Ranch itself has many possibilities for your ceremony.

Can we have our engagement photos taken at The Rivers Ranch?
With a signed contract for your wedding, we absolutely allow for you to have your engagement photos taken on the land. We would just request that you let us know some dates that would work for you so we can make sure everything is available to you. We do allow others to have pictures made outside at the venue. The charge is $40 an hour, or $125 for half a day. Please contact us to set up a time for your photo session.
