You have dreamed of this day forever. The Rivers Ranch wants to help make your dreams a reality.
Our wedding rentals includes use of our 6300-square foot modern rustic barn, 150 white resins chairs at one of 3 ceremony sites, seating inside the barn for 150 people with 15 60″round tables and gold chivari chairs, 2 6-foot wooden bars, 2 event staff, and 1 security guard (if alcohol is onsite). We allow you to use your own licensed insured caterer as we have a nice large catering room onsite.
You and your bridesmaids have all day use of B’s cottage to get pampered while getting ready for your big day. We didn’t forget the groom, as we have a groom’s room inside the barn. Bring your favorite DJ, photographer, and florist. We have a rental studio with items like farm tables, whiskey barrels, spools, vintage furniture, lanterns, signs, and other miscellaneous items to make your special day a one of a kind event. Also included with all weddings is a day of event manager to keep everything on schedule.
Once your book your wedding with us, have your engagement pictures made on The Rivers Ranch. The lake, the barn, the pastures, and the creek all make excellent backdrops for your pictures.

Our wedding pricing is based on peak vs regular seasons. Our peak wedding seasons are April thru June & September thru December.

Peak Seasonpackages include
- You have a total of 12 hours to use the brides house, the grooms room, and the barn.
- Four hour limit for the actual event and one and a half hour rehearsal before your wedding day
- Climate controlled barn that seats 275 comfortably access to round tables for up to 150 guests
- Ability to choose from four ceremony sites: lakeside, veranda, grove, or barn.
- 150 Gold chiavari chairs for the reception & 150 white resin chairs for the ceremony
- Ability to rent farm tables, whiskey barrels, large spools, lanterns, signs, and other decor items
- TV over the outdoor fireplace on the large covered back porch and a fire pit by the lake
- Two 6ft bars, six catering tables, five high boy’s, and a large catering room
- Ability to bring your own alcohol and licensed caterer.
- A beautiful 1954 Chevy water feature photo opportunity, plus one indoor and one outdoor fireplace
- Access to a “Day of wedding coordinator” on your big day
- Optional add-on: Full service wedding design and planning through one of our preferred vendors
